2 persons: 40 000 HUF/night + IFA
3-5 persons: 55 000 HUF/night + IFA
6-8 persons: 70 000 HUF/night + IFA
9-10 persons: 90.000 HUF/night + IFA
The house can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.
The whole house can be booked as one, with only one family or group staying at any given time.
We can accommodate up to 10 people (adults and children, babies and infants cannot exceed 10 people in total).
The price includes everything you need:
Exclusive use of garden, house, jacuzzi, bed linen, towels, firewood. On request, high chair and travel cot can be provided.
We are not able to provide meals.
Under 3 years stay free of charge.
We can only accept bookings / requests for quotations sent by email or via the website.
When making a reservation / requesting a quote, please provide the following information: number of arrivals, arrival and departure time, name of the person making the reservation, telephone number, email address.
In all cases, we will send you a confirmation email indicating whether we can accept your booking and the amount of deposit required for the booking.
The reservation is made with the accommodation ktg. 50% of the booking is final and must be paid within 48 hours. In the comment field please indicate the name of the person making the reservation and the date of the reservation. The reservation will then be guaranteed. An email will be sent to confirm receipt of the deposit and confirmation of the reservation. If the deposit is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
Please pay the other 50% by the 5th day before arrival. It is of course also possible to transfer the accommodation fee in one payment.
In case of a payment from a nice card, please send us the receipt of the payment.
If you cancel your confirmed reservation at least 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit or accommodation fee paid will be refunded after deduction of 5% handling fee.
In case of cancellation within 15 days, the deposit and the accommodation fee paid will not be refunded, but it is possible to change the date of the reservation, depending on availability.
If the Guest does not cancel the reservation in writing but does not show up on the day of arrival, the deposit/fee paid will become the property of the Guest House without any service being provided.
A guest can request a change of date.
If the guest informs us in writing no later than 15 days before arrival that he/she wishes to change the date of his/her reservation, the full amount of the deposit and accommodation fee already paid will be credited towards the new date.
The amount paid can be used for 6 months from the date of the amendment.
Please notify us in writing as soon as possible of any changes in the number of guests so that we can prepare the house accordingly.
By making a reservation and paying the deposit, the guest acknowledges that he/she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of reservation, modification, cancellation and the house rules and considers them binding.
The owner is not liable for any accident or damage caused during the use of the guest house, it is the sole responsibility of the guest, there is no legal recourse.
The price does not include the cleaning fee which is a one-off fee of 10.000 HUF per booking.
The price does not include IFA, which is 300 HUF/person/night for over 18 years.
Small pets fee: 5.000 Ft/night/pets (max 2 small pets are allowed).
