The guest house is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you wish to arrive earlier, please let us know by e-mail or telephone (at least 2 days before arrival), and we will try to accommodate you if the number of guests allows. In this case, we will be able to provide the guest house from 12.00 on the day of arrival at the earliest, for which no extra charge will be made.

Please leave the guest house with your luggage and belongings by 11:00 on the day of departure. The owner or a representative will be present at the check-out time.

We kindly ask our Guests to keep the house and garden clean, in good condition and in good condition!

Please leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived (we will of course clean the cottage thoroughly after you leave).

Please do not leave any leftovers in the Guest House on departure.

Collect the waste generated to the designated municipal and/or separate waste collection point!

The handover of the keys to the Guests is considered as occupancy of the accommodation.

The maximum number of persons staying in the Guest House is 10 (ten) (adults and children/infants may not exceed 10 persons in total).

The owner or his/her representative is entitled to check, without prior notice, that the number of Guests staying in the accommodation is the number of persons paid for.

The accommodation fee includes utilities and other overheads, but excludes tourist tax.

If there is a change in the number of people arriving compared to the number of people booked (more or less people arriving), please let us know in writing as soon as possible. If the change in the number of people affects the price, we will inform you of the action to be taken.

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
The deposit cannot be refunded within 15 days of arrival.
It is possible to change your booking date 1x within 15 days, depending on availability.

You will be given the keys to the guest house upon check-in. Please return them on departure as agreed at check-in.

In case of loss or damage of the key, a compensation amount (10.000 HUF) will be charged upon departure.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guest house, please do not entertain visitors.

Children under the age of 14 may stay in the Guest House and use the services of the Guest House only under the constant supervision of their legal guardian or another person of legal capacity appointed by the legal guardian. The persons accompanying the child are responsible for the child's safety and for any damage caused by the child.

To protect your valuables, please lock the gate and the house (with a key) at all times.

It is forbidden to have your own iron, kettle, coffee maker or other electrical appliances that are not part of your normal travel necessities in the Guest House.

The guest is responsible for any damage caused by his/her own electrical appliance and the guest is liable to pay for the damage.

In case of fire alarms caused by the guest's negligence, the guest is liable for the cost of the fire alarms and the damage caused by the guest.

In snowy, icy and rainy weather, the outdoor areas of the Guest House may become slippery and can only be used at your own risk.

In the event of snow, ice and rain, we are unable to provide slip-resistance during your entire stay (due to the independent nature of the Guest House, we are not permanently located there). The appropriate equipment for slip-resistance is available in the Guest House, if you feel it necessary, you can use it.

The owner or his/her representative must be informed immediately of any accident or other incident.

Our guest house is self-catering.

The Guest House has a well-equipped kitchen, please use this room for meals.

Do not place any metal objects in the microwave oven!

Guests are kindly requested to wash all used dishes and remove everything from the fridge before leaving.

All guests use the Jakuzzi at their own risk and in accordance with the rules below. By signing this document, the guest certifies that he/she has informed all guests of the rules below and that he/she accepts them. Children under the age of 14 must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

1. The jacuzzi is not for bathing, but for relaxation and massage. A thorough shower is mandatory before use, thus reducing the entry of foreign substances and other impurities into the pool water area.
2. Only wear a clean swimsuit when in the pool.
3. The pool can accommodate up to 4 people at a time, ensuring water quality and safe use.
4. Children under 14 years of age must be carefully supervised by an adult when using the pool! Children should not use the pool if the water temperature exceeds 37 ̊C!
5. As prolonged bathing in water with a temperature above 38°C can be harmful to health, we recommend that young children and those sensitive to warm water use the pool at lower temperatures and for shorter periods!
6. Don't let the child dunk its head under water!
7. Do not use the pool if the protective elements preventing the suction of body parts and hair are removed! Do not sit in front of or above the water filter opening as this may obstruct water circulation and cause personal injury.
8. Do not operate massage pumps with fully enclosed nozzles!
9. When the pool is not in use, the safety thermo roof must always be fitted and closed! When the thermo roof is in place, REMOVE ALL 4 PANELS, PLACE 2 SEMI SAFELY ON THE PASSAGE
10. Pregnant women, persons under medical treatment or persons with circulatory problems should seek medical advice before using the pool.
11. Be careful when getting in and out of the car! Turn off the massage functions before you get in to see where you're stepping! Do not use any electrical appliances (such as lamps, hairdryers, radios, televisions) within 1.5 metres of the pool (except for appliances using 12 volts or less)
12. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed in the use of the appliance by a person who is responsible for their safety!
13. To avoid loss of consciousness and possible drowning, do not use drugs or drink alcohol before - during swimming.
14. Bringing food or drinks into the pool is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
15. If the water in the pool needs to be changed due to improper use (e.g. spilled drinks, food, too many people using the pool at the same time, bathing with dirty, sandy clothes, use of sunscreen, etc.), the cost of the change must be paid by the Guests. The charge for this is 25.000 Ft, or the cost of repairing the use resulting from the incorrect operation is the responsibility of the GUEST!

Fires may only be built in the designated fireplace from the designated woodpile, in calm conditions, with a bucket of extinguishing water. After building a fire, guests are asked to remove any rubbish and to douse the embers with water.

Please observe the current fire safety rules!

Burning materials other than the firewood and paper provided (e.g. plastic, rubber) is strictly forbidden!

No corrosive, flammable chemicals, substances classified as flammable and/or explosive by the legislation in force, fireworks, firecrackers, their parts, components, waste, substances harmful to the environment, health, psychotropic substances, etc. may be brought into the Guest House.

If the Guest brings into the Cottage any item that is not allowed, the Owner may have it removed or have it removed at the Guest's expense.

The owner excludes any liability for damage to property taken without permission.

The Guest shall be fully liable, both legally and financially, for any damage or injury caused to other Guests, third parties or the owner by the unauthorised entry.

Use of the facilities in the guest house (jacuzzi, furniture, darts board, etc.)

The Guest is obliged to use the equipment in the Guest House for its intended purpose, and the Guest is liable for any damage resulting from improper use.

If the Guest uses these tools, he/she declares that he/she is able to use the tools, that his/her health does not prevent him/her from using them, that he/she knows the rules of use and that he/she uses the tools at his/her own risk and responsibility.

The Guest is obliged to keep the device and its accessories in a clean condition at the time of receipt. If the equipment is unusable or damaged for reasons for which the Guest is responsible, the Guest is obliged to reimburse the full value of the equipment.

Please do not take indoor furniture and utensils (bed, bed linen, mattress, TV, etc.) outside into the garden.

Please leave outdoor furniture cushions and other items in the garden seating area under cover during rainy weather and/or overnight.

We look after the garden. Please take care of the plants and garden furniture and equipment. You can water and garden if you wish.

In our guest house we collect rubbish separately, we kindly ask our guests to keep in mind the rules of selective waste collection in the house and at the outdoor bins.

Municipal waste is collected every Friday, selective waste every 2nd Monday.

Rooms are clean and tidy when guests arrive. For stays of more than 6 nights, we will clean the guest house once a week, including cleaning the guest house, restocking toiletries, changing towels and bed linen.

If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please let us know, the extra cleaning fee is 10.000 HUF/application.

Our guest house is non-smoking! Accordingly, smoking and the use of electric cigarettes and/or IQOS is prohibited in the enclosed rooms and common areas of the Guest House, as well as in all open areas belonging to the Guest Houses, with the exception of the designated smoking area.

Incense, candles and candles are forbidden in the house and garden.

For the peace and quiet of the neighbours and the village, no noise, music, no noisy activities, no sound effects, no TV, radio, etc. in the garden after 22:00.

Any conduct or behaviour that disturbs the peace, safety, security, sense of security or privacy of others, or that constitutes or may constitute harassment or intimidation of others is prohibited on the premises of the Guest House, regardless of the time.

The Owner or his/her authorised representative is entitled to warn the Guest who is disorderly and/or loud.

The first warning is free of charge, for the second and third warning we are entitled to charge HUF 10,000 each.

After the third warning, the Owner or his/her representative is entitled to expel the Guest immediately from the Guest House without any obligation to refund and/or compensate.

If the Guest behaves in a reprehensible manner, is under the influence of alcohol or psychotropic substances, is threatening, abusive or other unacceptable behaviour, is incontinent or unable to care for himself/herself, he/she may not use the services of the Guest House.

If the Guest suffers from a communicable disease, he/she is not allowed to use the services of the Guest House.

The Guest is obliged to use the facilities and equipment of the Guest House as intended. The Guest is obliged to compensate any damage resulting from improper use at the latest before leaving.

Furnishings and equipment of the Guest House may be removed from the Guest House only with the prior written permission of the owner. Any rearrangement of the Guest House, moving of furniture may only be carried out by the owner or his/her representative!

The removal of anything belonging to the Guest House without the prior written permission of the owner is a criminal offence, in which case the owner will take the necessary criminal and civil action.

The Guest is obliged to report immediately to the owner or his/her representative any failure of any equipment, fixtures and fittings of the Guest House. The Guest shall not be entitled to repair or attempt to repair the defect himself/herself. The Owner shall not be liable for any damage resulting therefrom.

The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by his/her own electrical appliance and the Guest is obliged to compensate for the damage.

The guest house has a WiFi system, which is free of charge.

The Guest will find the password for WiFi connection on the wall in the living room of the Guest House.

The continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of WiFi is not guaranteed by the owner and depends on the service provider and the quality of the service.

The Owner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the Guest's device or its contents during or as a consequence of the use of WiFi. The Guest uses the service at his/her own risk and responsibility.

There is parking for 3 cars side by side in the courtyard of the hotel, If you wish to park on the street, please observe the traffic regulations in force.

We are not responsible for any valuables left in the car(s).

For ethical reasons, the Guest will not be informed separately of the discovery of the found object.

Food, food-related articles and medicines are disposed of by the owner or his agent.

Items that can be stored are kept for 10 days by the owner or his/her representative. If the rightful owner of the found object presents himself/herself, he/she can collect the object by presenting and signing a document proving his/her identity.

The owner is not liable for any damage to the Guest's belongings brought into the Guest House.

The Guest shall use the equipment, devices and other services of the Guest House as intended, in the knowledge and awareness of his/her own health, physical and mental condition, therefore the Owner excludes liability for damages resulting from the use and use of the Guest House not as intended or not in accordance with the actual health, physical and mental condition of the Guest.

The Guest is liable for any damage caused by the Guest or his/her companion and suffered by the owner or a third party.

The Guest may complain about the services provided during the stay in the Guest House. The Owner undertakes to investigate and provide the Guest with a substantive reply to any complaint made in writing or orally on the spot and recorded in the minutes within 72 hours of receipt of the complaint.

The Guest's right to lodge a complaint ceases after his/her departure from the Guest House.

The owner of the Guest House reserves the right to designate a place(s) within the Guest House where the Guest may not enter. Such places are clearly marked.

There is a working well in the garden, which is kept closed for the safety of our guests. Please respect and maintain this. If the well is found open, please inform the owner or his representative immediately.

Guests are kindly requested to report any malfunctions in the Guest House to the owner or his/her representative without delay.

An extra blanket is available on request.

In case of any accident on the property, the owner, the landlord, shall not be liable for any damages, claims or remedies.

By paying the accommodation fee, the guest acknowledges that he/she has read the house rules and that he/she considers the rules to be binding for him/herself and for the other guests travelling with him/her.
